Fuji at HSP
JP Fuji Group is excited to expand the Fuji brand in a development as unique as High Street Place. This location will be the 9th added to the company’s portfolio and is ideally located to target the distinguished clientele in the downtown Boston area. In addition to providing for existing guests, the group is looking forward to introducing high-end Japanese cuisine to new customers.
Founder, CEO, and Master Chef Jimmy Liang was the first to bring authentic Japanese sushi to Quincy, Massachusetts in 1998 and continues to uphold his ideals of tradition, quality, and superior customer satisfaction. Chef Liang has created a unique menu that will feature top-selling items from the existing Fuji locations, as well as distinctive dishes for the High Street Place demographic. Fuji will be exclusively serving a curated list of Japanese Sake, Beer, and Whisky to accompany the HSP menu.
Interior designer, Brian Khoo, has established the iconic ambiance across each of the Fuji restaurant locations and is bringing the same level of modern sophistication to Fuji at HSP.
